This policy explains what personal data the marketplace processes and the rights you have over it.
Data we process
We process the account, profile, listing, order and activity data you provide or generate while using the marketplace, together with the technical data needed to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Access and export your data
You can download a machine-readable copy of the data we hold about you at any time from your account's privacy page. The download is prepared for you and made available through a one-time, authenticated link.
Deleting your account
When you delete your account we anonymise rather than hard-delete your records: your identifying details are removed and your public presence is replaced with a neutral placeholder, while records we must keep for legal, accounting or dispute-handling reasons are retained in de-identified form. Your listings are withdrawn from discovery. This anonymise-not-delete approach lets us honour your erasure request without destroying records other users or the law still depend on.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, after which it is removed or anonymised on a scheduled basis. Some transactional records (for example order and courier history) are retained for the statutory period before anonymisation.
Analytics and your consent
Strictly-necessary data (sign-in, security and session) is always processed so the service can work. Behavioural analytics — such as which listings you view — is only collected after you accept it in the consent banner. If you decline, this behavioural tracking stays switched off; you can change your choice at any time. We do not use this data for advertising.
