These terms govern your use of the marketplace. By creating an account, listing an item, or making a purchase you agree to them.
What the platform does
The platform is a discovery and listing service for second-hand fashion. It helps buyers and sellers find each other and generates the courier shipping documents for a sale. The platform is not a party to the sale contract between a buyer and a seller.
Payments and cash on delivery
The platform takes no commission on sales and never holds the money for a sale. Goods are paid cash on delivery directly to the seller through the courier; you may inspect the parcel at the courier office and refuse it before paying. The platform only charges for optional digital services (such as profile tiers and Boost), billed separately by card.
Returns, disputes and liability
Buyers and sellers resolve returns and disputes between themselves. The platform bears no liability for the condition, quality, legality or delivery of items sold, and operates no platform-managed refund or money-back programme for goods. Because the platform never holds sale funds, it cannot reverse or claw back a payment. The platform may assist at the support level and may remove listings or accounts that breach these terms, but it is not responsible for the outcome of a transaction between users.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for complying with the law. Do not list prohibited, counterfeit or illegal items, and do not include phone numbers, emails, links or other contact details in listing text. The platform may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
